The Ariba Analyze-to-Pay Program is focused on the comprehensive management of spend for in-scope, non-strategic spend categories. It delivers services and results around pre-contract activities such as strategy development, spend visibility, sourcing, supplier implementation and contract enablement. It also delivers services for post-contract activities such as ordering, contract administration, spot buying, invoice reconciliation, payment and compliance management. The Analyze-To-Pay program includes the services listed under the Analyze-To-Contract Program and the Procure-To-Pay Program.
